This month, the luxury office tower will welcome Vista Restaurant and Bar along with two upscale cafés—offering an unmatched culinary experience for tenants and their guests.

Located on the 27th floor within the Park View Lounge, Vista Restaurant and Bar will deliver an exceptional dining atmosphere, complete with breathtaking Central Park views. Designed for both business and social engagements, this tenant-exclusive venue will operate as a private membership club. Members will have the convenience of reserving tables via the newly developed 9W57 building app.
Kent Hospitality, renowned for curating outstanding dining experiences, will oversee Vista’s operations. Under the leadership of Chef Alfred Nebair, known for his work at Crown Shy, the restaurant will feature a dynamic seasonal menu, an expertly curated wine list, and handcrafted cocktails. This innovative approach to office dining redefines the modern workplace experience.
Café Options for Convenience and Quality
Complementing Vista, KHG will also introduce two café concepts: The Park View Café, situated on the 27th floor, and Café V, located in the building lobby near the 58th Street entrance. Both cafés will offer premium Black Fox coffee, fresh pastries, a juice bar, and a selection of gourmet grab-and-go meals, ensuring tenants have access to high-quality refreshments throughout the day.
Expansion of Culinary Excellence
The commitment to premium dining doesn’t stop there. Later this year, KHG is set to open a new restaurant in the Cucina 8 ½ space, further enhancing the building’s hospitality offerings.
